Becoming aware of how you think, feel and behave can help you to make sense of your personal situation. Together we can look at different ways you can approach these challenges and move forward.
There are times in our life when we can feel stuck and talking to a trained therapist can be very helpful in finding your own way. I will support you in becoming aware of your own needs and wishes.
